Farm Fresh Flowers

Ever since I was a little girl, I loved picking flowers. My grandma would sigh and shake her head every time I brought her a bouquet from her garden, since I usually picked a stem about two inches long. Who can relate?
I garden in zone 6b in Ledyard, Connecticut. 2024 is my fourth summer growing and selling cut flowers and it is my absolute joy.
I believe a bouquet of any size- from a formal table arrangement to the single-stem dandelion gifted by a toddler- is love at it’s most sincere and  sweetest. Whether you’re treating yourself to fresh flowers or giving a bouquet away, what a delightful way to say “I care!”
